An educator at heart, Alana brings extensive experience in project management and community building to her role as Teen Director.

Prior to joining Mosaic’s team, Alana served as Director of Enrichment for BBYO International, where she was responsible for designing and launching several large-scale initiatives for teens worldwide. She also served as Program Director for Diller Teen Fellows in Boston and Unit Head of the Szarvas Youth Fellowships. In addition, Alana spent significant time working internationally including working with communities in Russia, Nepal, Hungary, Brazil, and Peru.

Alana holds an MA in International Community Development and a second MA in Education, both from Hebrew University.
