Meir brings over 15 years of experience leading complex governmental activities. Most recently, Meir served as Deputy Health Coordinator in the Civil Administration, leading health-related coordination between the GOI and the Palestinian Authority. During his tenure, he trained hundreds of IDF officers and soldiers, and created and implemented standards and regulations improving relevant procedures.

Meir and his family served as emissaries to the Sydney Jewish community from the Jewish Agency for Israel (JAFI). During his time in Australia, he worked with the local youth movement, Zionist Federation, and Moriah College – where he created and managed a leadership program and was later promoted to Head of Informal Jewish Education.

Meir holds a BA in Health Management from the University of Ariel.
